Good habits I'm working on:
- Home made lunch to work. I got sick and tired f the food at work, so I can fix myself lunch at home. It will be more healthy and I’ll avoid eating too much fats.
- Expenses organization. Honestly I have no idea how much exactly I have in my bank account. I have to organize my expenses and estimate what I can afford.
- Schedule monthly call with my relatives. Now I always forget to make time for my grand mothers and cousins. I love them, but somehow I can’t find appropriate time to call them. I have to schedule a day of the month to call them, for example every first Sunday.
- Walk more and go to the gym. I have to take care of my health and shape more.
- Healthy food- no fizzy drinks, limited sweets, no fried foods, more vegetables and fruits.
- Reading books instead of watching tv.
- Knowledge refresh and improvement- at least one movie without subtitles per week, review of Spanish words, articles concerned to my educational and work area.
- Doing my chores on time. I postpone doing my chores very often and I don’t like that at all. I must be more organized (and I must confess less lazy) about it.
- Organize my files and folders in my computer and keep tracks of the interesting links or information I like.
