Today I was stuck in the Friday traffic. I was so bored waiting on the road I was looking for something that to keep my mind busy not to get mad I was wasting my time on Friday night on the road. The closes item I had was my cell. I opened it and I found I had text messages from 2007! So long ago, I couldn’t even remember the people who sent me those messages. Some of them were from people I still remember very well, but not ones I need in my life any more. Memories of past emotions and people. But I had moved on long time ago, so I don’t need those text messages in my cell. I keep only those that are from people who are close to my heart now and make me smile reading them.
That made me think how many people we meet, spend some time together, share some emotions and then we move on and just forget about each other. May be as in “Desperate Housewives says: “Everyone needs boot camps before the real one”.
I love pets!!! They are so huggable, cute and loving... that you can't resist on them and very fast you forget your bad mood or hard day. Although I think pets make people less selfish, they require care on a daily basis and make the owner take responsibilities. I remember in "Marley and me" the family decided to take a dag to prepare them for being parents before they have their children. I really think people who have pets are more caring and responsible and less stressed.
This particular one I like very much. Although I think keeping a happy relationship is much more difficult than attracting someone, we must start somewhere :)

Been dumped? It's terrible, especially when you didn't see it coming. Here, one of Marie Claire's dating bloggers shares some of the reasons why he's bailed on relationships in the past. I was flipping through a Women's Health recently (I admit it), and I noticed an interesting poll. Women cited the following reasons as the most common breakup reasons: He changed. We weren't compatible. He cheated on me. When I was little, it drove me crazy when my parents supported "No" with "Because I said so." I always wanted a reason. I'm not sure if knowing why always helps, but perhaps if you know common reasons guys break up with girls, you'll at least be able to see it coming. So, here are mine:
1. I Got Bored I've read many different hypotheses on attention span, but my favorite is from Wikipedia: "Continuous attention span, or the amount of time a human can focus on an object without any lapse at all, is very brief and may be as short as 8 seconds. After this amount of time, it is likely that an individual's eyes will shift focus, or that a stray thought will briefly enter consciousness." My attention span (unless it's a football game or a song) may be worse. I know a relationship is not supposed to be exciting all the time, so getting through those flatline moments between the sparks is critical. If I start having more fun with other activities, the relationship is doomed.
2. One of Us Was Too Serious This could be as simple as she wanted to see me three times a week, and I only wanted to see her one time a week. If she's flirting with other guys, flighty, or not as into it as I am, then I'm too serious for her.
3. Burnout I'm a big believer in pacing and rhythm in dating. A relationship can suffer burnout if certain milestones occur too fast: being exclusive, giving special gifts, sex, meeting parents. When that happens, I get that feeling the colonists must have gotten after they won the Revolutionary War: "Okay, we did it ... so now what?"
4. I Was Tempted to Cheat I do my best not to cheat, so when I have recurring urges to cheat on my girlfriend, I figure it's time to break up with her. I don't need to go through with the cheating; the constant urge is enough for me to end things.
5. All My Friends Broke Up with Their Girlfriends This is by far the most immature reason on my list. While my girlfriend and I are curled up on the couch watching The Devil Wears Prada, my newly-single guy friends are out shredding the karaoke waves with Journey's "Don't Stop Believin" and tearing up the town. That conflict gives me wanderlust. It's much easier when we are all in for a quiet Saturday night with the significant others.
6. Divergent Lives If someone moves to another town, or work is taking over, or other life changes are driving you apart, sometimes it's best to end it.
7. Feeling Selfish Dating is selfless because you're giving your time and your self up to a relationship. "Me time" is necessary at some point to work on career/living situation, travel, or whatever. When I'm in a "selfish period," it's tough to participate in a relationship.
8. I "Misread" My Feelings This is the most unfair of all the reasons. Both genders make this mistake: You get into a relationship and everything seems so great. Then, a few weeks later, you realize you got wrapped up in something for the wrong reason — you dated for the sake of dating, or whatever, and you need to get out.
9. My Friends or Family Didn't Like Her I pay close attention to friend/family opinions because they know me best, and they've earned the right to have their say. Also, friends and family may be able to see things inside the relationship that I'm too blinded to see.
10. I Took Her for Granted Great relationships should be easy, but there needs to be some tension too, especially in the beginning. If it's too easy, there's a lack of challenge. If I feel like I could have her heart any time any place, sometimes I'll let her go. This almost always ends up coming back to haunt me later, though. I never learn.
11. She Was Too Negative All too often, I end up with the brooding, depressed, uptight type who is constantly complaining. I don't expect someone to be happy all the time, but if she makes me unhappy every time I see her, why stay with her?

My vacation in Egypt started with Cairo. I didn't see much of the city and I'm not sure I needed to. But I saw the pyramids and the sphinx! It was a great feeling staying down there in the desert next to those miracles.
We spend so much time thinking about men… what they like and what they don’t like, how to please them and make the special one happy. Hmmm have you ever thought it makes no any sense in case u don’t feel happy being with this man. Making him happy being with you is as much important as you feeling happy being with him.

Speaking like a single: You know all those small things men say and do like singles that can make us freak out. Like saying “me” instead of “we” when he’s talking about something couple do together. Forgets to mention her while talking to his friends and family. Call her with her name like he does to his friends and never call her “my girlfriend” or with nice sweet names in public.
His friends: We respect their friends, their rights to spend time with friends and we don’t want to make them feel caught between his friends and his girlfriends. But there are few things they must not forget we hate! We hate when they discuss our sex life with their friends- it’s something special just between the two! Never forget friends and girlfriend are something completely different, they are very important for every man, but never make your girlfriend feels in competition with your friends for you time and attention. Never say you respect their opinion more than hers! Although never let your friends to say what to do with your relationship and how to treat your girlfriend if you don’t want her to tell you how to treat them!
Our time together: In this busy world it’s not easy to find enough time for everyone and everything, so make your girlfriend feel special by spending enough time with her and when you do, do it a way she would enjoy it. Some men just plan their spare time and the options for their girlfriends are just to join them in the activities they plan or not. If we agree to join you in something you like this weekend, return the favor next weekend. Discuss and plan your time together the way it will be the best for the both, because if you don’t it won’t be a surprise she’ll find someone else to share her favorite activities and may be her bed later.
Money: When it comes to money everything gets different. Yes, money and love are completely different things, but it’s ugly when after a dinner, in a taxi, at the cinema everyone pays his part. We want them to pay these checks, not because of the money and because we want to see he cares for us more than few dollars. We’ll pay for something else later, the point is to see they want to take care of us and he thinks for two.
Care and attention: Yes, we’re already a couple, the flirting period and time when we try to impress each other is over. We need care and attention every day!!! We like to hear you appreciate what we do for you, we want hugs and kisses, we want to hear “I love you”, “I miss you”, “You’re beautiful”. We want nice e-mails, cards and flowers occasionally.
